50th Annual Festival of Races
Join us Sunday, August 16th, for our annual 5k/8k Run & Walk. This is our 50th anniversary of the race and we've got something special coming your way! A great way to wrap up the 55th Annual Blueberry Festival by starting the morning off with a brisk run. Onsite registration begins at 7 a.m. at the athletic complex on Nanita Drive. 8k runners take off at 8 a.m. At 8:15 the 5k runners and walkers depart. Golf Scramble Returns for the 17th Year
Our annual golf scramble returns for its 17th year and promises a fun-filled day out on the links. Get your team together and join us Saturday, October 3rd, at Briar Ridge Golf Course, 11099 Dodge Rd in Montrose from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. for another great scramble. We still have all your favorites: coffee & donuts in the a.m., coney stand at the turn, free beverages on the course, and dinner when you're done golfing. 18th Annual Classic Car Show
The 18th Annual Blueberry Festival Car Show returns on Sunday, August 9th in Lion's Park. This year we again offer dash plaques to the first 50 registered vehicles and goody bags for the first 100 registered vehicles. Participant voting until 1 p.m. with Awards at 3 p.m. Gift cards or trophies to the top three winners of participant voting. Plaques awarded to all, a Grand Marshal plaque and two Queen's Choice plaques along with an "in Memoriam" plaque, Sponsor's Choice troph


Frozen Blueberry 5k Returns in 2027
Our Frozen Blueberry 5k is back and promises to be better than ever. Online signup will be available at: https://runsignup.com/Race/MI/Montrose by October 1st, 2026. A fun addition to our summer races, the winter race debuted in January 2007 and continued each year until 2015. It then went into a 3-year hiatus, came back and is now considered the premiere January race. We can't wait for you to experience the thrill of racing the Montrose streets during the early morning
